The seven questions on the form: the property address, what is going on with the house, its condition, your timeline, what you know about the title, and your name, phone number and email. The form saves each answer as you go, so if you stop partway through we still have the answers you gave before you stopped.
The site also records the IP address and browser the form was sent from, which is how we keep automated submissions out, and anonymous page analytics that do not use cookies and cannot identify you.
One person reads it, researches the property, and contacts you about the house. That is the entire purpose. If we go further, we share what is necessary with the title company and, if the contract is assigned, with the buyer who closes.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with lead brokers, list buyers, marketers, or other investors shopping for leads. There is no automated calling and no text sequence. You are not subscribed to anything by filling in this form.
Email mcassetmanagement@gmail.com and ask, and we will delete your record. You do not have to give a reason and it does not have to be a whole message. The word delete and the address is enough.
Records for houses we did not buy are kept while we are still working the lead and deleted when we close the file. Records tied to a completed purchase are kept as long as the law requires for a real estate transaction.
